About This Event

What is it? (Concept)

This is an all encompassing summit that brings top level basketball experts together onto one stage to discuss the most important topics around the team; on the court as well as off the court. Along the way it teaches how to build a sustainable culture within the organization and which values are most important to achieve it. We will sit down with each guest and break down film in front of the audience, talk about problem-solving behind the scenes, political challenges within the organizations, internal vs as external communication & will finish up each conversation/analysis with Q&A from the visiting coaches and executives in the crowd and answer questions more specifically to each need.

Why? (Mission)

A lot of times organizations face different challenges every season but we often times forget of how to solve issues with each other by proper communication while aiming to get on the same page with everyone in the organization. This summit is supposed to bring the proper knowledge from experts around the sport and share their pathway to success by looking at their past mistakes and/or successful ideas in order to avoid pitfalls during the season. Young coaches & front office personnel will learn how to navigate the waters during the season and pick up knowledge to last a lifetime. This SUMMIT aims to enhance your knowledge from the basketball point of view as well as strengthen your human perspective on things.

How? (Podium talk + roundtable)

This summit will have 8 overall speakers throughout the whole day, each speaker will share their knowledge for 50mins including Q&A throughout the conversation via QR code that the guests will be able to scan.

The last part of the day will be a roundtable with all Lithuanian speakers, held in Lithuanian which will be translated by INTERACTIO!

WORKSHOPS

We will also have an extra opportunity for those who want to have a more private environment and talk more specific topics with all the Coaches after they give their podium talk. Everyone who purchased extra package for the opportunity to speak with the coaches in a small group will have separate conference rooms available to do a 45min session with each coach, breakdown video & exchange ideas!

Where

This inaugural event will take place in the modern CyberCity venue that will be able to host 215 people located in the city of Vilnius, Lithuania.

Community (Network)

We will have several breaks including a big ‘Meet & Greet’ with the speakers in the end in order to expand our networks and meet new personnel from our basketball community! All of our jobs and successes depend on each other and the connections we have, so we’ll have plenty of opportunities to talk, laugh and exchange information.
